ANEW Skin Care
Hello my name is Mylinda Elliott. I have five adult children. I also have seven grandchildren and one on the way. Two of my children have Autism Spectrum Disorders. Some of my grandchildren have disabilities. I split my time between loving God and my family, autism and disability work, and selling Avon.
I am into jewelry, perfume, and girl stuff like skin care. I have Rosacea so skin care is high on my list of interests. I sell Avon because I was spending so much on Avon Jewelry I like and of course Avon Perfumes.

Avon Gives Back
I love the fact that Avon gives back to women. Avon is a business designed to help women and some men become financially independent. In the process they offer a selection of products in which they give back a portion of the proceeds to end breast cancer and domestic violence. One of the women's shelters in Louisiana has been the recipient of a grant from the Avon Foundation two years in a row. Here are the Campaign 8 featured products. Even better several of the products are my favorites - jewelry!

Perfume Samples
I like reading articles and books about perfumes, scents, all kinds of jewelry, basically girl stuff. I was amused and interested by one author's description of perfume samples.
Apparently before you could find samples every where, including magazines, you had to trade for samples. When someone bought a bottle of perfume they would spray some on some paper and cover that spot with something like vasaline. Then they found someone who had a 'sample' they wanted to smell. They would exchange samples sometimes even by mail.
What does this have to do with Avon? Almost every Avon brochure has two or more samples. If you are lucky your Avon lady is carrying samples of the latest scent. Ask her.
If you would like me to mail you a brochure please put your email and address in the comments. Any way you get them save all those samples. Tear the page out. Later I will do an article about what you can do with them.
